If you feel guilty, overwhelmed, worried, or angry about something, be aware that your energy is catabolic and may be impacting the way you are experiencing the current situation and the people around you. What are you feeling over the holidays?

I can imagine, this time of year brings a mixture of emotions. Gratitude for having another day and year to enjoy the holidays. Sadness and grief for those we love who are no longer with us. Excited for what’s to come. Exhaustion from what this year has been both professionally and personally.

I am here to say, all these emotions are completely NORMAL.
