And So It Begins

I have some exciting news to share!

As you may or may not know, I am the President and Owner of Be Seated, LLC, it’s a chair cover, linen, and specialty chair rental company in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.  I started Be Seated in the DC area in 2010 and have been running it full time since the end of 2013. 

Well, when the pandemic happened in 2020, my business was put on hold for a year and half.  During that time, I, like many people, re-evaluated my priorities and considered other career options.  I joined a cohort with EvolveMe for midlife women looking to reinvent their career.

While being coached through this process, I realized that I have walked through many challenges and transitions; from divorce, to starting a business, to getting laid off, to having to make tough decisions during a pandemic.  I was reminded about my love for helping people and my purpose to help people become better versions of themselves.  This led me to pursue something new and different (and for me, a little scary).

And so, I have launched my seminar and coaching company, Janeen Parrott Coaching.  I help people as they face the many challenges and transitions in life so they can decide to make choices from a place of confidence and not a place of fear.

I wanted to let you know about what I am doing because I am so very passionate about what I am doing as a coach and helping these people.
